Fat: 70.83g | Prot: 84.04g | Carb: 212.29g.   Breakfast:  optimum nutrition, apple, beet, spinach, carrot, honey, frozen berry, greek yogurt, kirkland orange juice, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), irish cream. Lunch:  roasted chili, Grilled Chicken Caesar Sandwich with Herb Onion Focaccia. Dinner:  turkey meatloaf. Snacks/Other:  kind plus pomegranate, godiva chocolate.
