Fat: 70.83g | Prot: 84.04g | Carb: 212.29g.   Breakfast:  apple, beet, carrot, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), frozen berry, greek yogurt, honey, irish cream, kirkland orange juice, optimum nutrition, spinach. Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Caesar Sandwich with Herb Onion Focaccia, roasted chili. Dinner:  turkey meatloaf. Snacks/Other:  godiva chocolate, kind plus pomegranate.
