Fat: 35.48g | Prot: 118.64g | Carb: 200.49g.   Breakfast:  apple, beet, spinach, carrot, honey, frozen berry, greek yogurt, kirkland orange juice, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), irish cream, optimum nutrition. Lunch:  izze sparkling apple, Grilled Chicken Florentine, knudsen small curd cottage cheese. Dinner:  white chicken chili, velveeta shells, shrimp. Snacks/Other:  kind bar, persian cucumber., lucerne cream cheese, oscar mayer ham, lucerne vanilla ice cream sandwiches, G2 Perform 02 - Fruit Punch (Bottle).
