Fat: 53.56g | Prot: 86.78g | Carb: 209.68g.   Breakfast:  apple, beet, carrot, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), frozen berry, greek yogurt, honey, irish cream, kirkland orange juice, optimum nutrition, siopao, spinach. Lunch:  chocolate croissant, Santa Fe Style Chicken Enchilada Soup. Dinner:  chicken soft taco, Cooked Brussels Sprouts (from Fresh). Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Nutrition Bar - Almond, G2 Perform 02 - Fruit Punch (Bottle), lucerne cream cheese, oscar mayer ham, persian cucumber..
