Fat: 38.28g | Prot: 119.03g | Carb: 169.98g.   Breakfast:  apple, beet, carrot, frozen berry, greek yogurt, honey, kirkland orange juice, optimum nutrition, spinach. Lunch:  Grilled Chicken Florentine, italiano salad, knudsen small curd cottage cheese. Dinner:  pollo bowl from el pollo loco. Snacks/Other:  banana, oscar mayer ham, persian cucumber., quaker high fiber oatmeal, snickers snack size, zone bar.
