Fat: 77.90g | Prot: 37.33g | Carb: 151.90g.   Breakfast:  brown sugar pop tart, coffee, irish cream . Lunch:  eating right baby peeled carrots, eating right cilantro jalepeno hummus, hass avocado, ready pac italiano bistro salad, wheat thins fiber select garden veg. Dinner:  totinos pizza.
