Fat: 67.07g | Prot: 55.98g | Carb: 211.49g.   Breakfast:  Apples, Carrots, Cupcake with Icing, Eating Right Spring Mix Salad Greens, Good Grains Whole Flax Seed, Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Kale, Lemons (Without Peel), Pineapple (Solids and Liquids, Juice Pack, Canned), Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original. Lunch:  6" Tuna Subway. Dinner:  Broccoli, Craisins, Cucumber, Cucumber Ranch dressing, Ham cubes, Homestyle Creamy Butter Mashed Potatoes , Salad. Snacks/Other:  Dreyer's Slow Churned Rich & Creamy Yogurt Blends - Strawberry, Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Kisses, Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies.
