Fat: 67.07g | Prot: 55.98g | Carb: 211.49g.   Breakfast:  Cupcake with Icing, Good Grains Whole Flax Seed, Eating Right Spring Mix Salad Greens, Kale, Pineapple (Solids and Liquids, Juice Pack, Canned), Lemons (Without Peel), Apples, Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original, Carrots. Lunch:  6" Tuna Subway. Dinner:  Salad, Broccoli, Cucumber, Ham cubes, Homestyle Creamy Butter Mashed Potatoes , Craisins, Cucumber Ranch dressing. Snacks/Other:  Dreyer's Slow Churned Rich & Creamy Yogurt Blends - Strawberry, Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Kisses, Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies.
