Fat: 90.70g | Prot: 76.10g | Carb: 212.56g.   Breakfast:  Eggs, Multi-grain bread, Olive oil, Smart Balance, Apple, Pineapple, Kale, Goji berries, Blueberries 1/2 C, Spring greens, Almonds natural, Red grapes, Romain, Cacao, Flax seeds. Lunch:  Multi-grain bread, 1 tbsp Mayonnaise, Premium Deli Turkey Breast , Jalepeno. Dinner:  Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk), Creamette Elbow Macaroni. Snacks/Other:  Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Kisses, Dreyer's Slow Churned Rich & Creamy Yogurt Blends - Strawberry, Nonni's Decadence Biscotti, Potato Chips (Salted).
