Fat: 90.70g | Prot: 76.10g | Carb: 212.56g.   Breakfast:  Almonds natural, Apple, Blueberries 1/2 C, Cacao, Eggs, Flax seeds, Goji berries, Kale, Multi-grain bread, Olive oil, Pineapple, Red grapes, Romain, Smart Balance, Spring greens. Lunch:  1 tbsp Mayonnaise, Jalepeno, Multi-grain bread, Premium Deli Turkey Breast . Dinner:  Creamette Elbow Macaroni, Ricotta Cheese (Whole Milk), Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Dreyer's Slow Churned Rich & Creamy Yogurt Blends - Strawberry, Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Kisses, Nonni's Decadence Biscotti, Potato Chips (Salted).
