Fat: 61.83g | Prot: 41.05g | Carb: 179.74g.   Breakfast:  Almonds natural, Apple, Cacao, Celery, Ginger, Goji berries, Kale, Lemon, Pineapple, Turmeric. Lunch:  Maggianos rigatoni pomodoro. Dinner:  Craisins, Ragu flavored with meat, Rigatoni Barilla, Salad, Wishbone Greek Vinegarette. Snacks/Other:  Hershey's dark kiss, Mother's double fudge cookie, Roasted Almonds with Sea Salt.
