Fat: 62.30g | Prot: 38.69g | Carb: 235.18g.   Breakfast:  Almonds natural, Apple, Banana, Celery, Flax seeds, Goji berries, Kale, Lemon, Pineapple, Spinach leaves, Watermelon. Lunch:  American cheese Kraft 2%, Pepperoni, Sara Lee hearty and delicious, Smart Balance, Tortilla chips. Dinner:  Broccoli, Craisins, Green Pepper, Italian dressing, Ragu Traditional, Rigatoni Barilla, Salad. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate chip ice cream, Dreyers yogurt blend, Hershey's chocolate syrup, Hershey's dark kiss, Jello pudding.
