Fat: 54.23g | Prot: 104.54g | Carb: 297.98g.   Breakfast:  Nonfat Skim Milk, MEDAGLIA D'ORO INST COF, Water, Fresh ground dry roasted almond butter, whole wheat banana nut muffins with oat bran. Lunch:  Water, Red Tomatoes, Nulaid ReddiEgg, Spicy Chipotle Chicken Sausage, Mushrooms, Onions, Red Bell Pepper, Navels Oranges. Dinner:  Cauliflower, Turkey Enchilada Casserole, Roasted & Unsalted Pistachios, Water, Dried Pitted Plums. Snacks/Other:  Organic Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chip, Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, freeze dried Fuji Apple Slices 100% real sliced fruit snack, Special K Cracker Chips - Sea Salt (Kellogg's), Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Chocolate Truffle.
