Fat: 54.23g | Prot: 104.54g | Carb: 297.98g.   Breakfast:  Fresh ground dry roasted almond butter, MEDAGLIA D'ORO INST COF, Nonfat Skim Milk, Water, whole wheat banana nut muffins with oat bran. Lunch:  Mushrooms, Navels Oranges, Nulaid ReddiEgg, Onions, Red Bell Pepper, Red Tomatoes, Spicy Chipotle Chicken Sausage, Water. Dinner:  Cauliflower, Dried Pitted Plums, Roasted & Unsalted Pistachios, Turkey Enchilada Casserole, Water. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, freeze dried Fuji Apple Slices 100% real sliced fruit snack, Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Chocolate Truffle, Organic Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chip, Special K Cracker Chips - Sea Salt (Kellogg's).
