Lunch: mixed green salad. Dinner: chicken breast, green pepper, kidney beans 365, no salt diced tomatoes muir glen, sweet potato, vegetable broth 365. Snacks/Other: agave nectar, almond butter, apple, applesauce, baby spinach, Caffe Misto with Soy (Tall), egg white, gnc 60, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, minced onion, Sugar Free Hazelnut Syrup.
