Fat: 62.92g | Prot: 167.18g | Carb: 153.87g.   Breakfast:  365 vegetable broth, Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 - Chocolate, bay leaf, black pepper, Cayenne Pepper Spice, celery, cod, dill, lite coconut milk, parsnip, shrimp. Lunch:  mixed green salad. Dinner:  chicken breast, green pepper, kidney beans 365, no salt diced tomatoes muir glen, sweet potato, vegetable broth 365. Snacks/Other:  agave nectar, almond butter, apple, applesauce, baby spinach, Caffe Misto with Soy (Tall), egg white, gnc 60, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, minced onion, Sugar Free Hazelnut Syrup.
