Fat: 62.92g | Prot: 167.18g | Carb: 153.87g.   Breakfast:  Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 - Chocolate, Cayenne Pepper Spice, cod, shrimp, bay leaf, black pepper, dill, celery, parsnip, lite coconut milk, 365 vegetable broth. Lunch:  mixed green salad. Dinner:  chicken breast, green pepper, sweet potato, kidney beans 365, no salt diced tomatoes muir glen, vegetable broth 365. Snacks/Other:  apple, egg white, baby spinach, minced onion, applesauce, High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Caffe Misto with Soy (Tall), Sugar Free Hazelnut Syrup, almond butter, gnc 60, agave nectar.
