Fat: 14.18g | Prot: 31.60g | Carb: 26.23g.   Breakfast:  coffee, hard boiled egg whites, sweetener. Lunch:  Coffee, hard boiled egg whites, v8. Dinner:  asparagus asparagus, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, iceberg lettuce, jones canadian bacon, olive garden italian dressing, slivered almonds, water, yellow mustard. Snacks/Other:  wonderful pistachios.
