Fat: 21.52g | Prot: 91.08g | Carb: 198.53g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Apples, Delaco Cottage Cheese Lowfat 0.2%, Dried Cranberries, Dried Prune, Marmalade, Oats, Tomatoes, Turkey Breast Meat, Wasa Fiber Crispbread, Zuzu Zuzu Yogurt (Low fat 0,1%). Lunch:  Apples, Black Beans (Mature Seeds, with Salt, Cooked, Boiled), Cooked Green Peas (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Delaco Delaco Miez de Lapte, Mushrooms, Olives, Scallions or Spring Onions, Spinach, Sunflower Vegetable Oil (Linoleic 70% and Over), Tomatoes, Turkey Breast Meat, White Flour. Dinner:  Almonds, Boiled Egg, Cinnamon, Delaco Cottage Cheese Lowfat 0.2%, Dried Cranberries, Dried Prune, Flaxseed Seeds, Lemon Juice, Pineapple, Scallions or Spring Onions, Sour Cucumber Pickle, Spinach, Tomatoes, Tuna in Water (Canned), Zuzu Zuzu Yogurt (Low fat 0,1%). Snacks/Other:  Grapefruit, Marmalade.
