Fat: 21.52g | Prot: 91.08g | Carb: 198.53g.   Breakfast:  Oats, Wasa Fiber Crispbread, Zuzu Zuzu Yogurt (Low fat 0,1%), Turkey Breast Meat, Delaco Cottage Cheese Lowfat 0.2%, Dried Cranberries, Apples, Almonds, Dried Prune, Tomatoes, Marmalade. Lunch:  Delaco Delaco Miez de Lapte, Black Beans (Mature Seeds, with Salt, Cooked, Boiled), Olives, Turkey Breast Meat, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Spinach, Apples, Scallions or Spring Onions, Cooked Green Peas (Fat Not Added in Cooking), White Flour, Sunflower Vegetable Oil (Linoleic 70% and Over). Dinner:  Cinnamon, Flaxseed Seeds, Zuzu Zuzu Yogurt (Low fat 0,1%), Delaco Cottage Cheese Lowfat 0.2%, Tomatoes, Scallions or Spring Onions, Lemon Juice, Almonds, Tuna in Water (Canned), Dried Cranberries, Spinach, Boiled Egg, Dried Prune, Pineapple, Sour Cucumber Pickle. Snacks/Other:  Grapefruit, Marmalade.
