Fat: 41.58g | Prot: 68.45g | Carb: 172.84g.   Breakfast:  mushrooms, scallions, tuna, avocado, black beans boiled, cucumber, oats, heidi, carrot, almond milk, cranberries. Lunch:  carrot tomato soup, dumplings, cake. Dinner:  tomato, turkey breast, zuzu, cocoa, cinnamon, cranberries, mustard, cucumber, endive, green olives, almonds. Snacks/Other:  lemon juice, cinnamon, cocoa, zuzu, orange.
