Fat: 50.10g | Prot: 88.38g | Carb: 201.38g.   Breakfast:  cheese, olives, carrot, cucumber, mushroom, tomato sa, cherry tomatoes, zuzu, pear, avocado. Lunch:  chicken soup, mushrooms, tomato, chicken breast, olives, delaco, egg, endive, carrot, cucumber, cheese. Dinner:  flaxseed seeds, oats, raw sunflower seeds, cranberries, zuzu, applesauce, chocolate, walnuts, cinnamon, chicken wing. Snacks/Other:  spinach, banana, cucumber, zuzu, orange, clementines.
