Fat: 50.10g | Prot: 88.38g | Carb: 201.38g.   Breakfast:  avocado, carrot, cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, mushroom, olives, pear, tomato sa, zuzu. Lunch:  carrot, cheese, chicken breast, chicken soup, cucumber, delaco, egg, endive, mushrooms, olives, tomato. Dinner:  applesauce, chicken wing, chocolate, cinnamon, cranberries, flaxseed seeds, oats, raw sunflower seeds, walnuts, zuzu. Snacks/Other:  banana, clementines, cucumber, orange, spinach, zuzu.
