Fat: 64.57g | Prot: 89.70g | Carb: 192.13g.   Breakfast:  Delaco Miez de Lapte, turkey breast, tomato, orange, mushroom, olives, cucumber, spinach, egg. Lunch:  oats, peanut butter, sunflower seeds raw, almonds, cranberries, banana, chicken hearts, cinnamon, oil, pretzel. Dinner:  chicken breast, tomato, tomato sauce, green peas, mushrooms, oil, onion, honey. Snacks/Other:  zuzu, pomegranate, orange, peanut butter, almonds, cocoa, cinnamon, flaxseed seeds, oats, cranberries.
