Fat: 64.57g | Prot: 89.70g | Carb: 192.13g.   Breakfast:  cucumber, Delaco Miez de Lapte, egg, mushroom, olives, orange, spinach, tomato, turkey breast. Lunch:  almonds, banana, chicken hearts, cinnamon, cranberries, oats, oil, peanut butter, pretzel, sunflower seeds raw. Dinner:  chicken breast, green peas, honey, mushrooms, oil, onion, tomato, tomato sauce. Snacks/Other:  almonds, cinnamon, cocoa, cranberries, flaxseed seeds, oats, orange, peanut butter, pomegranate, zuzu.
