Fat: 80.96g | Prot: 69.67g | Carb: 216.44g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, coffee, Bananas. Lunch:  vegetable noodle soup, carrot, bread whole wheat, asiago cheese, coffee. Dinner:  Voila! Chicken Alfredo, wine apple, popcorn, fudge, Butter Pecan Ice Cream.
