Fat: 90.00g | Prot: 105.63g | Carb: 314.77g.   Breakfast:  coffee, oatmeal, oatmeal raisin cookie, Pumpkin Pie. Lunch:  bun kaiser, cottage cheese, vegetable noodle soup. Dinner:  cheddar cheese, fudge, roast beef rump, Thin Crust Cheese Pizza with Vegetables, Valley fresh steamers mixed veg.
