Fat: 36.47g | Prot: 40.13g | Carb: 178.00g.   Breakfast:  2X Protein Greek Yogurt - Honey Vanilla. Lunch:  Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame Sprouted Whole Grain Bread, Marshmallow Fluff, Nutella Hazelnut Spread. Dinner:  Ramen Noodle Soup Chicken Flavor. Snacks/Other:  Apples , Brownie, Light String Cheese.
