Fat: 60.47g | Prot: 77.91g | Carb: 167.43g.   Breakfast:  turkey bacon, egg beaters, nutrisystem cinnamon. Lunch:  mcdonald's grilled chicken sandwich, mcdonald's french fries, mixed salad greens. Dinner:  chicken alfredo nutrisystem. Snacks/Other:  tyson grilled chicken strips, clancy's tortilla chips, chex mix turtle.
