Fat: 60.47g | Prot: 77.91g | Carb: 167.43g.   Breakfast:  egg beaters, nutrisystem cinnamon, turkey bacon. Lunch:  mcdonald's french fries, mcdonald's grilled chicken sandwich, mixed salad greens. Dinner:  chicken alfredo nutrisystem. Snacks/Other:  chex mix turtle, clancy's tortilla chips, tyson grilled chicken strips.
