Fat: 84.51g | Prot: 120.57g | Carb: 28.37g.   Breakfast:  Smoked Mozzarella with Artichokes & Garlic Chicken Sausage, portobello mushroom, alfalfa sprouts, Egg, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Cheddar Cheese , Coconut Oil. Lunch:  turkey bacon, mustard greens, purple kale, chicken tenderloin, alfalfa sprouts. Dinner:  broccoli , Baked or Broiled Salmon, optimum nutrion casein, Guerrero Chicharrones Pork Cracklins, coconut milk trader joes, sunflower seed butter. Snacks/Other:  Coconut Oil, Boiled Egg, optimum nutrtion, Gouda.
