Fat: 84.51g | Prot: 120.57g | Carb: 28.37g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, alfalfa sprouts, Cheddar Cheese , Coconut Oil, Egg, portobello mushroom, Smoked Mozzarella with Artichokes & Garlic Chicken Sausage. Lunch:  alfalfa sprouts, chicken tenderloin, mustard greens, purple kale, turkey bacon. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, broccoli , coconut milk trader joes, Guerrero Chicharrones Pork Cracklins, optimum nutrion casein, sunflower seed butter. Snacks/Other:  Boiled Egg, Coconut Oil, Gouda, optimum nutrtion.
