Dinner:  100% Whey Protein, Spinach, grilled chicken. Snacks/Other:  Whole Natural Almonds 100 Calorie Packs, Guerrero Chicharrones Pork Cracklins, jack links peppered beef jerky, Vodka, Tequila.
