Fat: 11.29g | Prot: 34.35g | Carb: 78.99g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, blackberries, Flaxseed Meal, sliced raw almonds. Lunch:  broccoli , Brown Rice, Mixed Veggies, spinach, Tilapia (Fish). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, cucumbers, Egg White, knudsen cottage cheese, tomato.
