Fat: 26.31g | Prot: 88.83g | Carb: 162.50g.   Breakfast:  Frozen Mixed Fruit, Golden Flax Meal, Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, Coffee (French Flavor Powder, Instant, with Sugar) , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Strawberry. Lunch:  Honey Mustard, Sandwich Thins - Multi-Grain, Deli Sliced Mesquite Turkey Breast, Garden Veggie Straws (World Gourmet), FiberPlus Antioxidants Chewy Bars - Chocolate Chip. Dinner:  Navy Beans, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Broccoli , Mashed Potatoes, Onions.
