Fat: 28.92g | Prot: 36.68g | Carb: 204.26g.   Breakfast:  Avocados, Beef Sausage, Capers, Ciabatta, Mayonnaise, Mustard Sauce, Rocket, Tomatoes. Lunch:  Coffee with Milk, Pineapple, provitas. Dinner:  Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Energy Apple, Savoury Rice. Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Milk, Fruit Yoghurt (Lowfat, 11g Protein Per 8oz).
