Fat: 149.04g | Prot: 108.88g | Carb: 57.71g.   Breakfast:  cracker barrel cheddar cheese, Egg, smart balance. Lunch:  Almonds, Bacon, guacamole, hummus spinach. Dinner:  almond milk, blackberry, blueberries, cracker barrel cheddar cheese, Organic Hot Salsa, strawberry, whey protein.
