Fat: 53.95g | Prot: 43.50g | Carb: 218.70g.   Breakfast:  Multi Grain Cheerios, Organic 1% Low Fat Milk. Lunch:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, Total 2% Greek Yogurt with Cherry. Dinner:  Cauliflower Soup (Pressure Cooker), Ritz Crackers, Triscuit Crackers Original. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Vanilla.
