Lunch:  Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, Everything Bagel Chips. Dinner:  Parmesan (Grana Padano), Smart Taste Spaghetti, Homemade Spaghetti Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Slow Churned Rich & Creamy - Chocolate, Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Original Beef Jerky.
