Fat: 57.67g | Prot: 122.63g | Carb: 152.32g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, Hormel Oven Roasted Deli Turkey, Lucerne Jumbo Grade A Eggs, Milk (Whole Milk), Publix Reduced Fat 2% Milk Provolone Cheese. Lunch:  Cupcake, Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits Mild Chicken Strips. Dinner:  Near East Basil & Herb Pearled Couscous Mix, Sockeye Salmon, Spinach (Drained Solids, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Artisan Recipes Roasted Garlic & Black Bean, GNC Pro-Sculpt, Milk (Nonfat), Rice Krispies.
