Fat: 74.97g | Prot: 108.05g | Carb: 169.93g.   Breakfast:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Goji Cacao Maca Snakaroons, Milk (Nonfat), Pineapple, Strawberries. Lunch:  Eating Right Barbeque Flavored Soy Crisps, Frieda's Edamame (Shelled), Good Health Natural Foods Humbles Baked Hummus Chips - Sesame Garlic, Kraft Light Mayo, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned). Dinner:  Avocados, Cucumber (with Peel), Gwaltney 40% Less Fat Center Cut Bacon, Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Publix Reduced Fat 2% Milk Provolone Cheese, Rhodes Buttery Dinner Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Butter (Salted), Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie, GNC Pro-Sculpt, Irish Whiskey, Van's Power Grains Waffles.
