Lunch:  Kraft Light Mayo, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned), Eating Right Barbeque Flavored Soy Crisps, Good Health Natural Foods Humbles Baked Hummus Chips - Sesame Garlic, Frieda's Edamame (Shelled). Dinner:  Rhodes Buttery Dinner Rolls, Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Publix Reduced Fat 2% Milk Provolone Cheese, Avocados, Gwaltney 40% Less Fat Center Cut Bacon, Cucumber (with Peel). Snacks/Other:  GNC Pro-Sculpt, Irish Whiskey, Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie, Van's Power Grains Waffles, Butter (Salted).
