Fat: 47.15g | Prot: 108.43g | Carb: 163.97g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), cottage cheese, orange. Lunch:  Haddock, Smart Rotini. Dinner:  Sugar Snap, Lipton Chicken Noodle, Rotisserie Chicken, 0% Plain Greek Yogurt, Potato Hot Dog Roll, Butter (Salted). Snacks/Other:  Deli Turkey, Green Pepper, nature valley peanut butter, Sour Cream and Onion Flavor Potato Chips, coors beer.
