Fat: 47.15g | Prot: 108.43g | Carb: 163.97g.   Breakfast:  cottage cheese, Milk (Nonfat), orange. Lunch:  Haddock, Smart Rotini. Dinner:  0% Plain Greek Yogurt, Butter (Salted), Lipton Chicken Noodle, Potato Hot Dog Roll, Rotisserie Chicken, Sugar Snap. Snacks/Other:  coors beer, Deli Turkey, Green Pepper, nature valley peanut butter, Sour Cream and Onion Flavor Potato Chips.
