Fat: 40.58g | Prot: 41.27g | Carb: 212.84g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Cappuccino Flavor Powder, Instant, with Sugar), oats, bell pepper, Onion, Green chili. Lunch:  Tomato, cucumber, onion, carrot, roti, kadhi, Sesame seeds, Peanuts, beet. Dinner:  Green chili, Onion, curry simmer sauce, rasgulla, vegetable stock, Mustard oil, bulgur, green beans, carrot. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Cappuccino Flavor Powder, Instant, with Sugar), sambhar, Coconut chutney, masala dosa.
