Fat: 40.12g | Prot: 42.83g | Carb: 202.76g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Cappuccino Flavor Powder, Instant, with Sugar), Whole wheat bread, Tomato, Onion, basbousa. Lunch:  roti, Tomato, Mustard oil, Green chili, Raita, Moringa oleifera (Drumstick pods), cucumber, onion, carrot, Dal, Peanuts, Sesame seeds. Dinner:  fenugreek leaves, curry simmer sauce, White Mushrooms (Stir-Fried), roti, roasted potato wafers. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Cappuccino Flavor Powder, Instant, with Sugar), Poha, Coconut chutney.
