Fat: 40.12g | Prot: 42.83g | Carb: 202.76g.   Breakfast:  basbousa, Coffee (Cappuccino Flavor Powder, Instant, with Sugar), Onion, Tomato, Whole wheat bread. Lunch:  carrot, cucumber, Dal, Green chili, Moringa oleifera (Drumstick pods), Mustard oil, onion, Peanuts, Raita, roti, Sesame seeds, Tomato. Dinner:  curry simmer sauce, fenugreek leaves, roasted potato wafers, roti, White Mushrooms (Stir-Fried). Snacks/Other:  Coconut chutney, Coffee (Cappuccino Flavor Powder, Instant, with Sugar), Poha.
