Fat: 35.71g | Prot: 46.86g | Carb: 211.12g.   Breakfast:  Idli, Coffee (Cappuccino Flavor Powder, Instant, with Sugar), sambhar, Coconut chutney. Lunch:  curry simmer sauce, Roti, Raita, Cauliflower, cabbage, Green snap beans, Potato, Low Fat Chocolate Brownie. Dinner:  Mung dal, Cauliflower, Curry Simmer Sauce, Green Snap Beans, Green Cabbage, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Whole wheat bread, Fried egg, Coffee (Cappuccino Flavor Powder, Instant, with Sugar).
