Lunch:  cabbage, Cauliflower, curry simmer sauce, Green snap beans, Low Fat Chocolate Brownie, Potato, Raita, Roti. Dinner:  Cauliflower, Curry Simmer Sauce, Green Cabbage, Green Snap Beans, Mung dal, Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled). Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Cappuccino Flavor Powder, Instant, with Sugar), Fried egg, Whole wheat bread.
