Fat: 51.14g | Prot: 83.00g | Carb: 287.62g.   Breakfast:  98% Fat Free Turkey Breast & White Turkey, American Cheese, bacon, Cheez-It, Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat Bagel. Lunch:  Cocoa Puffs, Kellogg's Froot Loops (Fiber), Milk (Nonfat). Dinner:  Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Home Style Gravy Savory Beef, Normandy Blend, Whole Grain White Long Grain Rice. Snacks/Other:  Apple Pie, Milk Chocolate Drops, Reese's Pieces, Sourdough Nibblers.
