Fat: 62.73g | Prot: 70.07g | Carb: 255.01g.   Breakfast:  bran flakes, fat free milk, kelloggs fiber plus berry yogurt crunch. Lunch:  boca vegan burger, hamburger roll, red robin french fries . Dinner:  pizza thin crust. Snacks/Other:  weight watchers cherry cheese cake, wine.
