Fat: 37.25g | Prot: 67.47g | Carb: 217.31g.   Breakfast:  bran flakes , fat free milk, kelloggs fiber plus berry yogurt crunch, kelloggs fiber plus protein bar. Lunch:  arnolds sandwich thins, avocado, chick peas, Light Original Potato Chips. Dinner:  baked beans , boneless pork chop. Snacks/Other:  smart ones chocolate chip cookie .
