Fat: 28.17g | Prot: 60.12g | Carb: 257.41g.   Breakfast:  brown soda bread, egg, low low, strawberry jam. Lunch:  vegetable soup, wholemeal bread. Dinner:  banana, Italian Vegetarian Sausage, pink lady apple, shredded wheat, soy milk. Snacks/Other:  banana, fig, HB twister ice cream, satsuma.
