Fat: 54.04g | Prot: 60.17g | Carb: 147.43g.   Breakfast:  cinnamon chex. Lunch:  cauliflower, celery, land o Lakes light butter with canola oil, oroweat healthfull, ralph's 4 cheese mexican cheese, Trader Joe's unsalted creamy peanut butter. Dinner:  Birds Eye Steamfresh, Impossibly Easy BBQ Beef and Bean Pie. Snacks/Other:  Iced Lemonade Cookies, trader joe's peanuts.
