Fat: 66.72g | Prot: 113.28g | Carb: 229.23g.   Breakfast:  Cheerios Cereal, 1% half pint milk. Lunch:  turkey coldcut, white bread, toasted hazelnut cappuccino coffee, water. Dinner:  baked chicken, rice, mushroom gravy, water. Snacks/Other:  instant oatmeal, white sugar, water, chocolate candy bar with almonds.
