For some reason i struggle on the weekends with junk food. But ill double the time on my olyptical machine,and go for a mile or two walk.

Fat: 62.17g | Prot: 56.40g | Carb: 139.91g.   Breakfast: banana, coffee. Lunch: melon, quesadilla. Dinner:  ham steak, cauliflower, ragu. Snacks/Other: milk chocolate kisses with almonds, pop secret , ruby red squirt.
