Fat: 59.22g | Prot: 74.04g | Carb: 98.29g.   Breakfast:  standard process complete, fiber smart, coffee, Half and Half. Lunch:  tomatoes, chicken, celery, onion, cabbage, carrots, chicken broth. Dinner:  wheat free mac and cheese, green beans, salmon, olive oil, lettuce, almond butter. Snacks/Other:  protein bar, truffle trader joe.
