Fat: 47.44g | Prot: 105.79g | Carb: 130.69g.   Breakfast:  Butter , Carb Balance Tortillas, Cheddar Cheese , Fried Egg without Fat, Turkey Sausage , Water . Lunch:  Homestyle Chili, winder farms frotein plus. Dinner:  Taco or Tostada with Chicken, Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Salsa. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Bananas, Cookie Dough.
