Fat: 58.22g | Prot: 87.12g | Carb: 254.99g.   Breakfast:  Flush Free Niacin, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, Green Tea, Harris Teeter Old Fashioned Oats, Optimum Nutrition Opti-Women, Pure Almond Milk - Original, Schiff MegaRed, Spring Valley Glucosamine Chondroitin, Strawberries. Lunch:  Chicken Thigh Meat (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked), Green Giant Steam Fresh Green Beans Garlic Butter, Hy-Vee Creamy Coleslaw, Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese, Pineapple, Strawberries. Dinner:  Benita Small Flour Tortillas, Deutsche Kuche (Aldi) Black Forest Smoked Turkey Breast Meat, Lettuce, Tabasco Original Pepper Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Bite Size Tortilla Chips, Frosted Mini-Wheats - Maple & Brown Sugar, Shultz Old Fashioned Pretzel Sticks.
