Fat: 58.07g | Prot: 75.71g | Carb: 200.51g.   Breakfast:  1% Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Glucosamine , Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, Green Tea, Milled Golden Flaxseed, Multi Grain Cheerios Peanut Butter (29g), Schiff MegaRed. Lunch:  Buttermint, Carrot Kinpira, Furikake, Great Value Raspberries, Gum, Jasmine Rice, Soybeans (Edamame), Strawberries, Sweet Bun. Dinner:  Garlic, Johnsonville Sausage, Olive Oil, Pasta, Red Pepper Flakes. Snacks/Other:  Bologna, Brach's Butterscotch Hard Candy, Old Fashioned Pretzel Sticks, Personals Double Strawberry.
