Fat: 81.87g | Prot: 104.90g | Carb: 214.26g.   Breakfast:  Fage , field of grains toasted wheat germ, Fish Oil, Glucosamine , Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, Granola - Homemade, Green Tea. Lunch:  Carrot Kinpira, Egg, Furikake, Gum, Jasmine Rice, Keebler Pretzel Bites, Kiwi, Soybeans (Edamame). Dinner:  Baked Farfalle w/ Pumpkin & Sausage. Snacks/Other:  100% White Corn Bite Size Tortilla Chips, Caramel Almond Spread, Toasteds Buttercrisp.
