Fat: 119.99g | Prot: 106.66g | Carb: 249.79g.   Breakfast:  craisins, Fage , field of grains toasted wheat germ, Fish Oil, Glucosamine , Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, Green Tea, Milled Golden Flaxseed. Lunch:  Carrot Kinpira, Egg, Furikake, Gum, Jasmine Rice, Keebler Pretzel Bites, Kiwi, Soybeans (Edamame). Dinner:  Baked Farfalle w/ Pumpkin & Sausage. Snacks/Other:  Caramel Almond Spread, Old Fashioned Stick Pretzels, Original Beef Jerky.
