Fat: 38.97g | Prot: 108.67g | Carb: 197.01g.   Breakfast:  Banana, field of grains toasted wheat germ, Fish Oil, Glucosamine , Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, Green Tea, Milled Golden Flaxseed, Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla. Lunch:  Chunk Light Tuna in water, Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Flat Bread, Greek Yogurt - Plain (Dannon), Hamburger Dill Chips, Sugarless Gum with Xylitol, Tomato. Dinner:  Ma Po Tofu. Snacks/Other:  Egg, Granny Smith , Jack Links Beef Jerky, Nutri-Grain Fruit Crunch, Old Fashioned Stick Pretzels, Werther's Original Caramel Coffee Hard Candies.
