Fat: 56.41g | Prot: 98.77g | Carb: 223.72g.   Breakfast:  Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, Green Tea, field of grains toasted wheat germ, Milled Golden Flaxseed, Fish Oil, Craisins Blueberry, Glucosamine , Plain Greek Non Fat Yogurt. Lunch:  Egg, Strawberries, Soybeans (Edamame), Gum, Furikake, Lemon Creme Cake, Carrot Kinpira, Jasmine Rice. Dinner:  Monster Hunter Stew. Snacks/Other:  Belvita Chocolate Breakfast Biscuits, Cracker Barrel Vermont Sharp White, Nutri-Grain Fruit Crunch Bar (Apple Cobbler).
