Fat: 50.36g | Prot: 89.70g | Carb: 249.72g.   Breakfast:  Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, Green Tea, field of grains toasted wheat germ, Milled Golden Flaxseed, Fish Oil, Craisins, Glucosamine , Plain Greek Non Fat Yogurt, Craisins Blueberry. Lunch:  Egg, Strawberries, Soybeans (Edamame), Gum, Furikake, Carrot Kinpira, Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin, Lemon Creme Cake. Dinner:  Monster Hunter Stew. Snacks/Other:  Belvita Chocolate Breakfast Biscuits, Nutri-Grain Fruit Crunch Bar (Apple Cobbler), Olive Oil and Rosemary Crackers.
