Fat: 50.36g | Prot: 89.70g | Carb: 249.72g.   Breakfast:  Craisins, Craisins Blueberry, field of grains toasted wheat germ, Fish Oil, Glucosamine , Gold Standard 100% Whey - Double Rich Chocolate, Green Tea, Milled Golden Flaxseed, Plain Greek Non Fat Yogurt. Lunch:  Carrot Kinpira, Egg, Furikake, Gum, Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin, Lemon Creme Cake, Soybeans (Edamame), Strawberries. Dinner:  Monster Hunter Stew. Snacks/Other:  Belvita Chocolate Breakfast Biscuits, Nutri-Grain Fruit Crunch Bar (Apple Cobbler), Olive Oil and Rosemary Crackers.
